About the Role
Join our team as a Teller to positively impact the lives of our members. This role involves handling cash, providing exceptional service, and promoting financial products to help members achieve their goals, while offering a pathway for professional growth within the credit union.
Responsibilities
- Assist members with transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers
- Accept loan payments and process ATM/Debit card replacements
- Identify member needs and provide relevant product referrals
- Deliver high-quality customer service
- Attend outreach and promotional events as needed
Requirements
- Ability to work 29 hours per week
- Availability Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 4:30pm
- Ability to work three 8-hour shifts and one 5-hour shift
- Strong energy and ability to follow procedures
- Desire and ability to learn new skills
- Must be available for monthly outreach or promotional events
