Responsibilities
- Motivate and support the team using company leadership principles
- Solve problems and delegate tasks efficiently
- Create a supportive environment for colleagues
- Manage store operations and staff in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
- Oversee freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience
Requirements
- Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to delegate tasks and motivate team members
- Patience and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proactive and encouraging approach to staff development and operations
- Satisfactory references

- £15.45 per hour
- Extra £2.00 per hour for bank holidays
