About the Role
As the Technical Business Analyst – Integrations, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting the platforms that power our business. Working within our Digital Platforms team, you'll partner with business and technology stakeholders to design, document and deliver seamless integrations across our Salesforce ecosystem, helping data flow securely and efficiently between systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded Business Analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes and delivering integration solutions that make a real business impact.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document integration requirements across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Snowflake, StarRez and other enterprise platforms
- Analyse current and future-state business processes, data flows and system integrations
- Translate business needs into user stories, interface specifications and technical documentation
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, architects and engineering teams to define integration solutions
- Support solution design by mapping data, identifying dependencies and assessing delivery risks
- Coordinate integration testing, UAT and data validation to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Manage integration backlogs, priorities and delivery activities within an Agile environment
- Identify opportunities to improve integration processes, governance and platform performance
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline
- 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within technology, digital platforms or enterprise systems
- Experience delivering integration projects across Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms
- Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, data mapping and middleware concepts
- Proven ability to write user stories, technical documentation and process flows for development teams
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments using Jira or similar tools
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences
