About the Role
This role focuses on the execution layer of the CRM product, bridging the gap between product development and successful market launch. You will own go-to-market delivery, enable internal teams, manage documentation, and ensure product quality through structured testing.
Responsibilities
- Own launch readiness and GTM execution across new legal verticals and regions.
- Bridge the CRM team and the wider LEAP business to ensure alignment on product value and messaging.
- Create documentation including FAQs, how-to guides, knowledge base articles, objection handlers, and enablement decks.
- Design and execute structured UAT, log issues, and track resolution prior to release.
- Coordinate vertical discovery to understand customer needs and inform the product roadmap.
- Manage internal communications and product demonstrations for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Background in legal practice as a lawyer, paralegal, or practice manager, or deep familiarity with law firm operations.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience managing projects or processes end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with minimal formal documentation.
- Genuine curiosity about software products and how they function.
