About the Role
As a Senior Client Consultant, you will support Lead Consultants in managing and growing key client relationships, while also owning a smaller portfolio of clients directly. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in client service, commercial, insights, marketing, analytics or consumer brands roles who wants to build deeper experience in data-led client advisory. You don't need to be a technical analyst or know how to code, but you do need to be comfortable working with data outputs, asking good questions and turning findings into commercial implications for clients.
Responsibilities
- Support Lead Consultants across key consumer brands accounts, helping prepare for client meetings, create client-ready materials, track actions and keep delivery moving
- Manage a smaller portfolio of clients directly, building trusted day-to-day relationships and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience
- Translate data and analytics outputs into clear insight stories that explain what's changing, why it matters and what clients could do next
- Create business development and client growth content, including pitch materials, insight teasers, case studies and meeting packs
- Improve repeatable team processes, including client reporting, content templates and account management routines, bringing curiosity and practical use of AI to accelerate delivery
- Act as the primary bridge between the Customer Growth team and the Analytics/Delivery team — briefing in internally, managing the flow, and ensuring outputs meet client needs
Requirements
- Strong foundation in client service, commercial, insights, marketing, analytics or consumer brands roles, with the potential to grow into greater client ownership over time
- Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to structure clear, client-ready stories and materials
- Comfortable interpreting data outputs, asking good questions and translating findings into commercial implications for clients
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through reliably
- A practical process improvement mindset and genuine curiosity about using AI to improve productivity, creativity and quality
- Ability to solve problems and think big
