About the Role

As a Crimson Rise Strategy Consultant and Early Education Specialist, you will guide students and parents through academic, extracurricular, and personal growth roadmaps. You will support students aged 0-14 by providing expert advice on school selection, curriculum philosophy, developmental milestones, and university admissions preparation, while contributing to the development of new service branches within a global, innovative education team.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and execute strategic and developmental roadmaps for students.
  • Lead teams of experts to support roadmap execution.
  • Identify age-appropriate, interest-aligned competitions and activities.
  • Communicate current university admissions trends to families.
  • Partner with parents to ensure high-quality service and student growth.
  • Advise parents on elementary school selection and curriculum philosophies.
  • Provide guidance on developmental milestones, at-home enrichment, and language acquisition.
  • Identify and vet localized partner services such as tutoring and extracurriculars.
  • Assess academic performance and propose improvement solutions.
  • Provide 1:1 holistic coaching on organization, time management, and study skills.
  • Support sales and marketing teams in presenting the program to prospective clients.
  • Participate in sales consults, trainings, and speaking engagements.
  • Create scalable resources and collateral for future team members.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree from a Top 30 US or Top 20 UK university.
  • 5+ years of professional working experience.
  • 3+ years of experience educating, coaching, or working with 6–14-year-olds.
  • Comfortable working directly with parents as the primary client.
  • Deep fluency in early childhood education philosophies and the elementary school landscape.
  • Leadership experience in early childhood or elementary education is preferred.
