About the Role

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact between guests, bookers, and the operational team in group reservations.
• Professionally process incoming group inquiries and create customized, attractive offers.
• Conduct negotiations with national and international group tour operators and actively expand these sales partnerships.
• Boost the occupancy of our Berlin locations (and future sites) through targeted sales activities.
• Ensure a smooth process from booking to arrival and adherence to high-quality standards in the reservation process.

Requirements

• Previous industry experience in hotel/hostel reception or direct reservations.
• Skilled negotiation abilities and a good sense for customer needs.
• Friendly and confident demeanor in both German and English.
• Enthusiasm for a growing company and a proactive approach to business development.
• Ability to maintain an overview of multiple parallel group inquiries, working conscientiously and solution-oriented.
