About the Role

Lead the day-to-day performance of the Artarmon and Hornsby locations, supporting teams, driving customer and commercial outcomes, optimizing fleet utilization, and ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance of the Artarmon and Hornsby locations
• Drive strong customer, operational and commercial outcomes
• Analyse performance trends and implement action plans
• Coach and develop team members while maintaining a culture of accountability
• Drive upsell performance and maximise fleet utilisation
• Manage customer escalations and support your team in resolving issues
• Optimise rostering, productivity and labour costs
• Maintain fleet presentation and minimise vehicle downtime
• Manage P&L performance and control costs
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational and company standards

Requirements

• Experience within car rental, tourism, travel, transport, fleet, hospitality, accommodation, or other operational environments
• Car rental experience will be highly regarded
• Able to balance customer experience, operational performance, and commercial outcomes to drive business success
• Experience coaching teams, managing underperformance and building a culture of accountability
• Confidence working with KPIs, budgets, labour planning, utilisation metrics, and operational reporting
• Able to manage competing priorities, make sound decisions under pressure and adapt to changing business needs
• Must complete a National Criminal History Check
• Must hold a current full driver’s licence
• Must have full Australian working rights
