About the Role
We are seeking UK-based Process Discovery professionals to identify, analyze, and translate business processes and operational challenges into Robotics, AI, and Low-Code automation opportunities. This role emphasizes operational excellence, process improvement, and problem-solving, with a strong understanding of modern automation technologies.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business and operational teams to understand end-to-end processes and underlying challenges
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization using Robotics (RPA), AI, and Low-Code platforms
- Translate business pain points into clearly defined automation use cases and solution opportunities
- Perform process discovery, process mapping, and value assessments to prioritize initiatives
- Collaborate with technology and delivery teams to shape solution designs and automation roadmaps
- Support proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives by providing process and operational insights
- Drive continuous improvement by recommending simplification, standardization, and digitization opportunities
Requirements
- Strong background in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Continuous Improvement
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with a process-centric mindset
- Experience in process discovery, process mapping, and opportunity identification
- Good understanding of Robotics/RPA, AI capabilities, and Low-Code platforms (hands-on build experience is not mandatory)
- Ability to bridge the gap between business operations and technology teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with UK-based clients or organizations
- Candidates who can join in 2-3 Weeks is okay.
