About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an MTLA / BTA / Lab Employee (m/f/d) in full-time (40 hours/week) at our Berlin location.
Responsibilities
- Processing of tissue samples from receipt to preparation.
- Preparation of smears, squash preparations, and cytospins.
- Independent processing of biopsies and creation of frozen sections.
- Performing routine and special stains and utilizing immunohistochemical examination methods.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as an MTLA / BTA (m/f/d) or comparable training.
- Entry-level candidates and career changers are explicitly welcome.
- Teamwork, independent work style, and sense of responsibility.
- High level of teamwork and communication skills.
- Engaged and open to learning new work techniques.
- Proficient German language skills (minimum C1 level).
