About the Role
Business Analyst responsible for gathering, analysing, and translating business requirements into functional solutions across BSI programs.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Architects to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
- Support API integrations, data flows, and system enhancements.
- Participate in Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT support.
- Perform impact analysis and requirement traceability.
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and process adherence.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
Requirements
- Experience as a BA in integration/API-driven projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) methodology.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, data flows, and system integration concepts.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio.
