About the Role
Conduct tax interviews with clients, increase client retention, offer additional products and services, and generate business growth through B2B sales activities. Provide IRS audit support and attend audits as needed, while further developing tax expertise and mentoring teammates.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience completing individual returns
- Tax planning and audit support
- Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing
- Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course1
- Additional experience for this position is acquired through training upon hiring
