About the Role

Join our thriving team as a Remote Collections Representative! We are seeking ambitious, self-motivated, and driven individuals for a rewarding career in customer service. Candidates hired for work-from-home positions will receive company-issued equipment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for outbound calling as well as accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts.
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in monitoring rent collections and managing delinquencies.
• 2 years of previous experience in property management.
• FDCPA knowledge.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.
• Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up).
• Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots).
• Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload.
