About the Role
As a District Sales Manager at Toyota Motor Corporation Australia, you will support the Dealer network to achieve regional sales objectives. You will collaborate with Dealer partners and internal stakeholders to implement sales strategies, optimize business performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences to drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of sales strategies, processes, and best-practice initiatives across the Dealer network.
- Analyze market trends, sales performance, and Dealer insights to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Monitor sales, stock, and production planning to maximize regional performance and achieve wholesale targets.
- Partner with Dealers to optimize inventory management and ensure appropriate vehicle mix.
- Build relationships with Dealers and internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and resolve business challenges.
- Contribute to business process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and minimize risk.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Understanding of automotive Dealer networks.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and influence outcomes.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
