Responsibilities

• Installs, configures, modifies, and repairs products, equipment, and systems purchased by customers.
• Troubleshoots, investigates, and resolves standard technical problems during start-up.
• Responds to routine customer inquiries regarding technical aspects of products and services.
• Provides service support on products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Carries out tasks and activities according to assignment and set guidelines.
• Resolves routine problems through prior experience, requiring some discretion and judgment.

Requirements

• Receives regular instruction, guidance, and direction.
• Addresses fairly routine problems through prior experience or education.
• Develops skills and knowledge of the organization's products and services by working closely with a more experienced engineer or as the junior member of an engineering team.
• Interfaces with customers to respond to basic inquiries.
• Exchanges information on technical subjects within the organization.
