About the Role
This individual contributor role focuses on driving growth through Square’s partner ecosystem in Australia. You will own marketing relationships with partners, localise global playbooks, and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads, self-onboarded sellers, and product attachments.
Responsibilities
- Own the marketing relationship with AU-based partners as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute joint marketing and enablement plans based on partner segment and opportunity size.
- Localise global partner marketing playbooks for the AU market to drive growth outcomes.
- Execute partner campaigns across events, enablement, lifecycle, digital activation, content, and co-marketing.
- Track and report campaign performance to identify insights and optimise future initiatives.
- Maintain documentation of joint marketing plans, performance metrics, and campaign recaps.
- Manage industry body, retail, and supplier partnerships to amplify marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally within FinTech, SaaS, or platform-based technology companies.
- Experience working with partners, channels, or ecosystem-led growth models.
- Proven ability to own programmes end-to-end from strategy through execution and measurement.
- Demonstrated track record of driving measurable outcomes such as leads, acquisition, or product adoption.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
