About the Role
This role supports efficient warehouse operations through the safe handling, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain organized warehouse processes to support operational efficiency
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain stock accuracy to support business performance
- Receive, unload, and store inbound goods
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time
- Load and unload trucks
- Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse environment
- Support daily warehouse operations and workflows
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams
- Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment in compliance with regulations
- Conduct daily pre-start equipment checks
- Report hazards, incidents, and damaged goods promptly
- Ensure safe manual handling practices
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or storeman experience
- Valid Forklift Licence (LF)
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems
- Relevant work rights
- Successful completion of background screening
