About the Role

The Sales Associate serves as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering personalized shopping experiences, meeting sales goals, and supporting daily store operations to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand by adhering to style and service standards
  • Build client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs
  • Source new customers and maintain ongoing relationships
  • Manage multiple customers while maintaining high energy on the sales floor
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom
  • Process transactions including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
  • Support inventory cycles, receive shipments, and manage product movement
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
  • Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver on the sales floor
  • Strong English proficiency
