About the Role
The Sales Associate serves as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering personalized shopping experiences, meeting sales goals, and supporting daily store operations to drive brand loyalty and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand by adhering to style and service standards
- Build client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs
- Source new customers and maintain ongoing relationships
- Manage multiple customers while maintaining high energy on the sales floor
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, and visual merchandising
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom
- Process transactions including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles, receive shipments, and manage product movement
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
- Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver on the sales floor
- Strong English proficiency
