About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of products from concept to delivery, providing thought leadership and synthesizing complex information to develop market-relevant solutions. You will support business cases, maintain product catalogues, and provide stakeholder reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle in execution of product strategy
- Drive product simplification and rationalisation
- Partner with stakeholders and clients to identify requirements and develop outcome-oriented roadmaps
- Develop a competitor analysis framework to benchmark offerings
- Develop business cases and guide products through initiation, feasibility, and planning phases
- Represent the company at events or forums
- Present product concepts to build and delivery teams for estimation
- Collaborate with delivery teams through development and implementation
- Undertake user testing and market research
- Maintain and update product information
- Define and track product success metrics
- Analyze data to provide recommendations and reports
- Develop a toolkit to support client-facing teams
- Ensure resolution of product issues
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of product management experience in financial services, superannuation, or wealth management
- Proven ability to execute product strategy and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities across multiple products
- Experience developing business cases
- Ability to engage, influence, and educate senior stakeholders and clients
- Ability to present to clients and executive stakeholders
- Proven ability to develop and maintain internal stakeholder relationships
- Must have relevant work rights
- Must complete background screening prior to commencement
