About the Role
Oversee daily facility operations, including school routes, trips, charters, driver training, and recruitment programs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all office and administrative functions to maintain efficient workflow.
- Serve as a primary communication point with the school district.
- Maintain employee records, including SED and 19A compliance.
- Monitor ZONAR usage and ensure training compliance.
- Collaborate with district routing personnel for efficient route planning.
- Oversee payroll processing, onboarding documentation, and HR workflows.
- Maintain fleet records, manage inventory, and optimize asset utilization.
- Supervise office operations and facility organization.
Requirements
- Highly motivated with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret computerized graphs and information.
- Highly organized with multi-tasking abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills.
- Spotless attendance record.
- 5+ years of experience in school bus operations.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Valid CDL license with S & P endorsements may be required.
- Willingness to obtain CDL B with S, P, and air brake endorsements if not already held.
- Knowledge of school district contracts and federal/state regulations including OSHA and DOT.
- Must pass all pre-employment screenings.
