About the Role

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT projects from planning to rollout, optimizing the IT landscape with a focus on SAP and Microsoft Fabric. You will be responsible for risk and stakeholder management, ensuring quality, and facilitating user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT projects from planning to rollout.
• Optimize the IT landscape with a focus on SAP and Microsoft Fabric.
• Conduct active risk and stakeholder management using common project management methodologies.
• Ensure quality, goal achievement, and smooth handover to users.
• Assist technical management in preparing and conducting training for newly implemented tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in IT project management.
• Possess at least one project management certification (e.g., PMP, IMPA C, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
• Experience in risk management for IT projects.
• Experience with digitalization projects.
• Experience leading project teams.
• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) language skills.
• Enthusiasm for SAP and Microsoft digitalization projects and motivation to learn more in this area.
• Willingness to travel to the headquarters on the Baltic Sea for 3 days per month (travel time counts as working time).
• Ideally, a completed degree with a technical component.
