About the Role
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT projects from planning to rollout, optimizing the IT landscape with a focus on SAP and Microsoft Fabric. You will be responsible for risk and stakeholder management, ensuring quality, and facilitating user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate IT projects from planning to rollout.
- Optimize the IT landscape with a focus on SAP and Microsoft Fabric.
- Conduct active risk and stakeholder management using common project management methodologies.
- Ensure quality, goal achievement, and smooth handover to users.
- Assist technical management in preparing and conducting training for newly implemented tools.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in IT project management.
- Possess at least one project management certification (e.g., PMP, IMPA C, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
- Experience in risk management for IT projects.
- Experience with digitalization projects.
- Experience leading project teams.
- Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) language skills.
- Enthusiasm for SAP and Microsoft digitalization projects and motivation to learn more in this area.
- Willingness to travel to the headquarters on the Baltic Sea for 3 days per month (travel time counts as working time).
- Ideally, a completed degree with a technical component.
