Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival, offer seating choices, and escort them to their tables with menus.
- Maintain a daily logbook for inter-shift and management communication.
- Ensure the dining room is properly set up.
- Manage reservations and special function arrangements.
- Comply with attendance policies and work availability requirements.
- Perform other assigned job-related duties.
