About the Role
The Consumer Insights Senior Manager will lead research projects from design to final deliverables, supporting Publicis agency clients within the Epsilon research team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality research, primarily for the US market, and contributes to business growth by managing the full project cycle, including methodology design, questionnaire development, and client presentations.
Responsibilities
- Lead primary research studies through the research project cycle, including scoping, research design, and proposal development.
- Design questionnaires to align with learning goals.
- Lead analysis and reporting.
- Finalize results and key conclusions into client presentations.
- Liaise and communicate with clients, internal teams, and partners.
- Support the CI Coordinator/Programmer on project execution tasks such as survey testing and monitoring fieldwork.
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with team members, managing concurrent tasks from multiple projects.
- Assist with department tracking and process evolution.
- Ensure privacy and consumer data are handled per business needs.
- Undertake other projects as time permits.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in consumer quantitative research survey design, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proactive working style with flexibility to shift priorities.
- Strong skills with Excel and PPT for analysis and reporting.
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
