About the Role
The System Support Administrator provides technical support for the day-to-day operations of the organisation’s ICT systems.
Responsibilities
- Provides technical support for the day to day operations of the organisation’s ICT systems.
- Describe your current or most recent role, focusing on your hands-on responsibilities with Intune, SCCM, Group Policy, patch and application deployment, and 3rd level desktop support.
- Include the scale of the environment and technologies supported.
- Explain how your current experience directly aligns to this SOE Technician role, with specific examples demonstrating relevant skills and ownership of outcomes.
Requirements
