About the Role

This role involves assisting customers, ringing up sales, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. You will follow established guidelines for job functions, including age verification and cashier control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ringing up sales and bagging items
• Following age verification policy with optimum accuracy
• Maintaining individual workstations clean and in good working order
• Restocking merchandise in overhead cigarette racks and other applicable products
• Abiding by strict cashier control guidelines
• Following all inventory control cashier procedures
• Assisting customers on the retail floor, adhering to the Customer First Policy
• Assisting customers with packages, if necessary
• Collecting hand shopping baskets and carts, if necessary
• Performing additional tasks and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Mandatory availability to work weekends including Fridays
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to move boxes
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must have basic computer skills
