About the Role
As an Assistant Client Service Specialist, you will provide superior service and administrative support to the department. This role involves supporting client communications, coordinating administrative tasks, and being a welcoming voice for incoming calls. You will offer hands-on support with tasks like quoting policies, ordering MVRs, and processing documents, while also assisting Client Service Specialists with customer requests and maintaining smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Support client communications and coordinate administrative tasks.
- Act as a welcoming voice for incoming calls.
- Provide hands-on support with tasks like quoting policies, ordering MVRs, and processing documents.
- Assist Client Service Specialists with customer requests and maintain smooth operations.
- Issue proof of insurance and request loss runs.
- Document all client and carrier communications regarding coverages and exposures in the management system.
- Follow workflow procedures and adhere to agency guidelines.
- Promptly report any actual or potential E&O claims.
- Maintain required professional accreditations and participate in continuing education programs.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficiency with AI tools, task management systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Brings a positive attitude and works well with fellow employee owners, leaders, and others inside and outside the company.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
