About the Role

Opal is the control plane for enterprise security, managing access for employees, service accounts, and AI agents. This role focuses on amplifying Opal's voice through a product marketing and content engine, leveraging AI and automation to scale reach. You will own content and channels while supporting PR, analyst relations, and sales enablement, reporting directly to the Head of Product & Solutions Marketing.

Responsibilities

Build an AI-powered content engine with automations and workflows
Manage end-to-end social media presence including daily posts and engagement campaigns
Create short-form video content for LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
Translate product updates and launches into blogs, posts, and walkthroughs
Shape thought leadership and ghostwrite for C-suite executives
Manage the monthly newsletter, web updates, and SEO/AEO copy
Drive partnership announcements, webinar promotion, and event recaps
Support PR through contributed articles and launch pitches
Capture customer stories and manage analyst relations
Manage podcast, newsletter sponsorships, and influencer relationships
Develop sales collateral including one-pagers, click-through demos, and competitive plays

Requirements

Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt brand voice
Experience creating attention-grabbing short-form video content
Real AI fluency with daily use of AI tools and automation
Comfortable with an always-on pace and managing concurrent deliverables
Ability to work in-person 3+ days per week
