About the Role

ResQ is seeking a Paid Search and Marketing Specialist to help customers establish and grow their online presence by building websites and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. This role involves partnering directly with business owners to ensure their long-term success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch customer websites.
• Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Partner directly with business owners to ensure long-term success.
• Create, launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI through campaign optimization, keyword management, landing page recommendations, and performance analysis.
• Build, launch, and maintain high-converting customer websites using ResQ's supported website platforms.
• Configure forms, tracking, SEO fundamentals, integrations, and analytics to ensure each site is ready to generate leads.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, either in-house or at a marketing agency.
• Experience building websites using platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, GoHighLevel, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and Google Business Profile.
• Understanding of SEO, local search optimization, and landing page best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make performance-driven recommendations.
• Strong communication skills with confidence presenting results and working directly with customers.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software, AI tools, and emerging technologies.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
