About the Role
The Account Supervisor will manage and support day-to-day account operations, creative asset management, and execution with senior oversight, while building strong relationships with agency partners and clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate strategically and creatively with internal teams including Creative, Planning, and Production.
- Independently lead secondary campaign elements with selective oversight from a senior account lead.
- Act as a brand/product knowledge champion, understanding features, pricing, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Champion agency understanding of the competitive landscape, including ad reviews, program assessments, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to ensure adherence to strategy, client/brand standards, and feedback.
- Lead weekly status meetings with both internal teams and clients.
- Develop and deliver tactical briefs and post-reports.
- Collaborate with integration partners on creative production.
- Guide and oversee assigned project budgets.
- Provide input, consultation, and cooperation with other agency and client partners.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of agency account management experience in an agency setting.
- Ability to manage processes and teams with selective involvement from a senior account lead.
- Strong project management skills to independently complete tasks on time and keep others on track.
- Ability to manage and support multiple projects, multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team mentality with the ability to excel in both lead and support roles with diverse personalities.
- Creative, quick, and conceptual thinker and problem solver.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Solid understanding of various execution channels including video, social, and digital.
- French fluency is a plus.
