About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Server to join our team, offering a dynamic, fast-paced environment where customer service and fun are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and suggest menu items and specials.
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders.
- Ensure product quality before serving.
- Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience.
- Operate POS systems (MICROS) for accurate billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas.
- Assist servers and in-room dining attendants as needed.
- Handle cash and declare tips per IRS standards.
- Honor all guest requests with a “Yes is the answer” attitude.
- Attend orientation and required meetings.
- Follow all company policies and liquor regulations (TABC certification preferred).
- Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Report any incidents or hazards to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with team members.
Requirements
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Lift and carry trays up to 30 lbs.
- Manual dexterity and ability to bend, reach, and twist frequently.
- Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with fluctuating temperatures.
- Smile and engage with guests consistently.
