About the Role
HPI Tenant Advisors (HPITA) is seeking exceptional interns to join their team this fall. The internship offers an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the commercial real estate industry and contribute to a premier tenant-representation platform in Central Texas.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties as needed.
- Contribute to the team in various capacities.
Requirements
- Reside in the Austin, TX area from August to December.
- Currently enrolled in college (Rising Sophomore-Senior).
- Possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, professional demeanor, critical thinking, and self-motivation.
- Proactively seek tasks and brainstorm contributions when work is not assigned.
- Arrive prepared for meetings with a notepad and pen.
- Ask questions at appropriate times or conduct independent research for deeper understanding.
