About the Role

Mastercard Identity Solutions is seeking a technical Product Development Manager to drive the Business Identity product strategy. This role involves translating business strategy and customer needs into a prioritized roadmap, owning the delivery of large-scale data processing and intelligence services, and ensuring solutions are scalable and tied to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define technical product requirements including API specifications, data requirements, and user experience considerations.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across data strategy, engineering, data science, legal, and commercialization teams.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and build to go-to-market planning and performance tracking.
  • Participate in agile delivery and execution planning to optimize product priorities and outcomes.
  • Abide by security policies and ensure the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information.
  • Report suspected information security violations or breaches.
  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in technical product development including APIs, UI Platforms, systems integrations, MDM, batch file transfer, and ML products.
  • Proven ability to partner and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
