About the Role

As Creative Director, you will serve as the voice and architect of the brand, shaping the narrative and pushing the brand design system to new heights. You will champion visual storytelling and craft messaging that connects emotionally with a diverse audience while driving brand strategy and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategy with a focus on narrative development, storytelling, and copywriting excellence.
  • Lead the creation of engaging, on-brand copy and creative for marketing campaigns, product launches, website, email, social media, and in-app experiences.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and growth marketing teams to ensure cohesive and compelling messaging.
  • Champion the brand voice to ensure consistency and authenticity in all communications.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of writers and brand designers.
  • Analyze audience insights and campaign performance to refine messaging and storytelling.
  • Co-own awareness metrics with the growth team.
  • Identify and develop new storytelling opportunities including partnerships and campaigns.
  • Stay current on industry trends in copywriting, brand design, and digital media storytelling.
  • Maintain documentation of brand standards and guidelines.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in brand marketing with a background leading copy and design for digital products or consumer tech.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a portfolio demonstrating audience-focused content.
  • Proven experience developing and executing brand strategy and messaging across multiple channels.
  • Inspirational leadership skills with a people-centric approach to mentoring teams.
  • Deep understanding of modern marketing, content strategy, and family-focused audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform storytelling decisions.
  • Experience marketing multiple products within a brand and contributing to integrated campaigns across digital, social, film/video, CRM, and OOH.
