About the Role
CBI Home Health is seeking a Payroll Analyst to assess the UKG Payroll setup for multiple entities, drive consistency in pay codes, and create a reference guide. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to map timekeeping system codes, document calculations, and support legislative, union, and internal policy requirements. This position will also assist with year-end processing, third-party remittances, and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Assess current UKG payroll setup and recommend future enhancements.
- Recommend automation through system enhancements for daily processing.
- Test and document code setups for accuracy.
- Audit third-party year-to-date and year-end filings for consistency.
- Document current setup and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, internal policy, and union agreements.
- Identify and resolve processing obstacles.
- Provide backup support to the payroll team.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive payroll experience for a large organization using UKG.
- Experience with UKG implementations is an asset.
- Strong computer systems and applications knowledge, including Advanced MS Office and Excel.
- Strong technical and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy.
- Strong organization and time management skills with follow-through.
