About the Role

This mid-level account management role operates within a high-output, fast-paced in-house studio. You will collaborate with client stakeholders, creative teams, project managers, and compliance partners to ensure multiple content workstreams are managed effectively from brief to delivery. The position requires strong client partnership, hands-on briefing, coordination, and a proactive approach to AI-assisted workflows. You will work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, building trust through proactive communication, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.
  • Partner with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into clear creative direction.
  • Lead brief intake, ensuring all necessary inputs are captured before work begins.
  • Write clear, complete briefs that set creative teams up for success, including success metrics and scope parameters.
  • Utilize OLIVER's AI tools to support brief intake and optimize efficiency in the creative development process.
  • Lead the adoption of GenAI-enabled workflows from the account side, managing client expectations and ensuring brand safety.
  • Manage scope and prevent unnecessary revisions by aligning stakeholders on deliverables, timelines, and approval processes.
  • Coordinate across various teams (creative, motion, design, copy, compliance, project management) to ensure work progresses smoothly.
  • Track status across multiple concurrent workstreams, identify risks early, and propose practical solutions.
  • Guide the feedback and approval process, consolidating client notes and maintaining version control.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and product specifications, partnering with compliance and legal stakeholders as needed.
  • Build and refine intake and production tools, capturing learnings to continuously improve studio processes.

Requirements

  • Proven account management or client services experience in an agency, in-house studio, or content production environment, supporting high-volume creative delivery.
  • Ability to act as a strategic partner, connecting business goals to creative outputs.
  • Strong briefing skills: able to translate vague or incomplete requests into clear, complete, and actionable creative briefs.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization, with confidence managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and tight deadlines without losing attention to detail.
  • A QA mindset — accurate specs, correct messaging, clean handoffs, and precise versioning.
  • Confidence leading meetings, managing expectations, and navigating client feedback with diplomacy and clarity.
  • Familiarity with digital creative deliverables across paid social, eCommerce/PDP, retail placements, and motion, and their supporting production workflows.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365; familiarity with Workfront or similar project management platforms is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to account management and content production workflows, focusing on improving briefing quality and process efficiency.
  • Experience building or contributing to AI-assisted workflows that improve intake, briefing, or approval processes.
  • Agentic approach to problem-solving: able to break down complex briefs or multi-workstream challenges into clear, manageable steps.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and apply human judgment, particularly around brand safety, content accuracy, and compliance requirements.
  • Genuine curiosity about how AI tools can improve the speed and quality of creative production at scale.
