About the Role

General Trading is seeking experienced Grocery Reset Merchandisers to service customers in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx. This role promotes the sale of goods through proper item representation in assigned accounts, including resets, re-labeling shelves, and setting up new or transitioned accounts routinely, timely, and accurately. Regional travel around the NYC tri-state area is required.

Responsibilities

• Connect to customer accounts using a custom and simple phone App
• Identify needs for additional products to optimize sales and perform assigned tasks
• Take before and after pictures
• Provide customer service and communication
• Lift and bend to clean and set category

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 3 years of experience in Food Retail
• Smartphone
