About the Role
Drives the vision and strategy for point of care digital solutions for medications in hospitals, managing the product lifecycle from conception to maturity. Represents the voice of the market to stakeholders and makes data-driven decisions. Understands the business impact of product decisions and collaborates across departments for holistic solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the medication point of care portfolio, including hardware and digital solutions for hospital medications, and increase internal and external mindshare.
- Manage product line forecasting and revenue.
- Assess market priorities, including new market entry and focus.
- Enable co-creation with key customers or Key Opinion Leaders.
- Understand market problems and build unique selling propositions.
- Conduct market research, competitive landscape analysis, and technology/market assessment.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to build and share product roadmaps with cross-functional teams and distributors.
- Assess market demands and user needs, and work with product marketing to develop customized marketing strategies.
- Support product marketing in creating sales tools, value propositions, sales presentations, and battle cards, ensuring sales readiness and enabling distribution partners.
- Launch new products in alignment with marketing, providing necessary content for customer-facing materials.
- Research and understand new market trends, and work with the engineering team to enhance product features.
- Align with Business Operations to ensure sales funnel reporting meets business requirements.
- Define product, positioning, buying process, buyer personas, user personas, requirements, use scenarios, and launch plans.
- Proactively work with country field marketing managers to commercialize solutions for the hospital market.
- Provide end-to-end ownership to drive release program direction and execution through core team leadership.
- Collaborate with the US counterpart to align on major release/program decisions, ensuring end-to-end success (schedule, features, testing, market launch).
- Drive successful project completion and own customer acceptance of final product releases.
