  • Serve as the primary finance point of contact for the plant during external audits (RSM), providing supporting schedules and documentation.
  • Maintain internal controls at the plant level and flag risks or process gaps to corporate Finance.
  • Present financial results, forecasts, and cost analyses clearly and confidently to senior leadership.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting for the facility, partnering with the Plant Manager on labor, materials, overhead, and capital planning.
  • Evaluate capital expenditure requests and provide financial analysis to support operational decision-making.
  • Oversee cost accounting for the plant: standard costs, BOM cost accuracy, landed cost methodology, and labor allocation.
  • Analyze manufacturing cost variances and partner with Operations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
  • Own inventory valuation, cycle counts, and obsolescence reserve analysis for the facility.
  • Partner with Procurement on vendor cost analysis, tariff/duty impact, and supply chain cost trends.
