About the Role
Adobe's Digital Experience suite is a fast-growing business. The Director, Enterprise Sales will lead revenue and key strategy for Adobe’s Experience Cloud enterprise business in the West Region of the US, acting as a mentor, coach, and evangelist for business needs.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Digital Experience Cloud solutions, including AI products, and achieving revenue growth in the West Region.
- Sell into Enterprise customers with a significant Adobe footprint undergoing digital marketing transformation.
- Define and implement the revenue strategy for the Adobe Experience Cloud solution suite.
- Build relationships with and act as an executive sponsor to top customers, including CEOs, CMOs, CTOs, and CIOs.
- Provide strategic advisement to customers, partners, and Adobe’s product organization.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales organization, including first-line leaders and account executives.
- Establish regional strategy and guidance for a broad ecosystem of resources.
- Drive cross-functional process improvement and develop best practices through collaboration and feedback.
- Act as the voice of Adobe for Digital Experience (DX) and drive adoption of DX products in newer market areas and industry segments.
- Operate the business effectively, including forecasting, deal inspection, and business reviews.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience with a proven record of consistently overachieving sales quota.
- Consistent track record to deliver on results and priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-organizational, geographically distributed environment.
- Exercise leadership.
- Deep experience in Software and Solution Sales, including Cloud-based and SaaS Solutions.
- Knowledge of AI solutions and their role in digital marketing transformation.
- Ability to develop and maintain senior relationships.
- High degree of responsiveness and integrity.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting and developing high-performance talent.
- Experience creating a culture of accountability and winning.
- Passion for sales and storytelling.

- $316,600 - $529,625 annually (US pay range)
- $365,800 - $529,625 annually (California)
- $342,800 - $496,400 annually (Colorado)
- $355,700 - $515,150 annually (Washington)
- Total target compensation (TTC = base + commission) for sales roles
