About the Role

We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee and guide our moving and cleanout team in the execution of projects and initiatives. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage resources, ensure high-quality outcomes, and foster a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities

Oversee team on senior relocations in Erie and Niagara Counties
Perform moving, clean outs, and donation drop-off runs
Assist with estate sale setup and pickup
Safely lift, move, and transport furniture, boxes, and household items
Load and unload moving trucks with care and efficiency
Assist with home transitions, packing, and setup

Requirements

Work respectfully in clients' homes
Communicate with team and leadership about upcoming and current jobs
Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50+ lbs)
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Dependable, punctual, and motivated
Comfortable working on feet and in a team environment
Prior moving or labor experience is a plus
Possess a driver's license and reliable transportation
