About the Role
This role is responsible for maintaining Automatic Portable Toilets (APT) in the San Francisco area, involving daily janitorial tasks, light mechanical work, and ensuring the functionality of the equipment.
Responsibilities
- Daily/weekly janitorial tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing APTs
- Light mechanical/electrical work
- Internal and external washing of APTs
- Removing graffiti, stickers and debris
- Display and adjust advertisement posters
- Replenishing of consumables
- Change of light bulbs
- Maintenance of functionality of the equipment
- Completion of daily work reports of each APT station
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive min 8hrs/day
- Strong geographic understanding of San Francisco
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to working safely
- Good reliability, responsibility, and punctuality characteristics
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift minimum of 25-30 pounds
- Flexible schedule during winter months
