About the Role

Branch powers every touchpoint with links that work and insights that prove it, making growth measurable from click to conversion. We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager, EMEA to own and manage pipeline-generating programs across EMEA, creating experiences that connect customers and industry experts with our brand. This is a hands-on role for a problem solver looking for an opportunity to grow and have a direct impact.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute targeted marketing campaigns and programs to meet regional goals, including events, digital marketing, and ABM.
  • Partner with EMEA sales day to day, from joint planning of programs and target accounts through to reporting on pipeline and ROI.
  • Manage all elements of the marketing campaign, including planning, execution, logistics, and reporting.
  • Design, run, and manage event-based marketing programs that drive a qualified sales pipeline independently.
  • Partner with our teams to source participants, presenters, and speakers for all our programs.
  • Experiment with new and creative ways to engage our audience.
  • Use AI tools to work faster, from drafting content, briefs, and outreach to QA-ing programs and pulling insights out of campaign data.
  • Support follow-up activities in close collaboration with the broader sales team, and report on program feedback and ROI, as well as iterations on future activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure positioning, messaging, goals, deliverables, and tactics are achieved before, during, and after each respective event.
  • Localize global campaigns so they fit European markets, buyers, and languages.
  • Grow the prospect database of addressable leads within the region.
  • Rally cross-functional resources and teams (such as Sales and Customer Success) to drive interest and registrations.
  • Travel to and from events for on-site management and coordination (10%–15% of the time).

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of marketing programs experience, with at least 1–2 years building and launching ABM marketing campaigns including events and webinars.
  • A true partner to sales, planning alongside them, keeping them close with clear reporting, and treating their pipeline targets as your own measure of success.
  • Hustle and ownership: adaptable, can live in chaos, and can truly own a program and take it to the next level.
  • Experience running multiple marketing programs at once, and the ability to juggle competing priorities while staying detail-oriented.
  • Flawless task management skills, with an eye for detail and quality.
  • Experience engaging senior business buyers at every funnel stage over long sales cycles.
  • A track record of success participating in field marketing campaigns and working with partners.
  • A rigorous, results-focused process for testing, measuring, and improving programs.
  • Comfort using AI tools in your day-to-day work, and an eye for new ways they can speed up and sharpen your programs.
  • Knowledge of the European markets, and the ability to adapt programs across countries and languages.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Experience with an email / marketing automation platform.
  • This role does not qualify for visa support.
