About the Role
Performs grounds keeping for the exterior portions of the building and courtyard. Assists with maintenance duties during inclement weather.
Responsibilities
- Maintains exterior grounds including mowing, weeding, trimming, watering, landscaping, mulching, planting, treating, fertilizing, snow removal, and sanding.
- Maintains St. Luke vehicles and equipment.
- Assists with maintenance duties, cleaning, washing, lifting, and moving heavy furniture and equipment during inclement weather.
- Performs other related duties as directed by supervisors.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Physically capable of performing exterior and interior work duties.
- Existing employees must have a satisfactory work record.
