About the Role

Shape our influencer and creator product and positioning, turning it into a powerhouse integrated offering within a new social agency. This role requires strategic oversight, operational leadership, and creative excellence, with a focus on the future of influence, especially as AI reimagines our space.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and define the agency's influencer and creator product and positioning as a fully integrated offering.
  • Serve as the key decision-maker for influencer strategy across brand campaigns, always-on programming, and influencer-driven paid media.
  • Institutionalize department processes and cross-department collaboration workflows to increase operational clarity, maturity and scalability.
  • Determine the agency’s POV on the future of influence and own the role of AI within the department to drive the quality of the work.
  • Actively contribute to and lead influencer strategies for key organic growth efforts and new business pitches.
  • Oversee day-to-day team development, resource planning, and coaching; delegate roles clearly to support autonomy while fostering an inclusive culture.
  • Translate complex strategic objectives into actionable frameworks and develop best practices/POVs to drive team and agency visibility.
  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with clients, senior leadership, influencers, and talent managers.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in an influencer, PR, social or integrated agency environment.
  • Proven success managing and mentoring senior-level talent.
  • Proven experience developing and scaling strategic frameworks across multiple tracks of work.
  • Deep understanding of creator ecosystems and shifting platform dynamics.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with a demonstrated ability to translate emerging cultural trends into standout influencer executions for large, blue-chip brands.
  • A track record of embedding emerging technologies and AI workflows into agency operations specifically for influencer work.
  • Experienced in leveraging data, analytics, and modern measurement solutions to tie influencer performance to business outcomes.
  • Strong operational understanding of team and client P&L.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the confidence and presence required to present complex strategies to senior stakeholders and clients.
  • An innovative, experimental leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
