We're looking for an experienced dealership accountant who is eager to grow their career, partner with leadership and accounting management, and play a key role in driving dealership success.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and record dealership transactions, including vehicle purchases, dealer trades, wholesale transactions, and deal postings.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable activities, including vendor payments, cash receipts, lien payoffs, and collections.
  • Reconcile financial accounts and manufacturer programs, including FTC, rebates, product payables, and intercompany transactions.
  • Support dealership operations through warranty processing, cancellations, refund checks, and customer referral payments.
  • Maintain accurate schedules and records while contributing to overall accounting team success and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong accounting knowledge, including debits, credits, chart of accounts, and variance research.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy.
  • Proficient with office technology and committed to personal accountability, integrity, and continuous growth.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
  • We are a drug free workplace.
