About the Role
Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options. Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team. Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plans. Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to optimize chair time. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care. Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions.

Requirements
- Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is required
- Knowledge and understanding of dental treatment plans and ability to educate patients is required
- Experience with dental software programs is required
- Strong customer service experience
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada
