About the Role

Partner with the Resident Services Director (RSD) and Resident Care Director (RCD) for all administrative tasks for the Wellness Department.

Responsibilities

  • Check ADL books/resident electronic health record (myUnity) for documentation and completion of care.
  • Check paper/electronic Medication Administration Records (eMARs) and Medication Observation Records (eMORs), verify medication administration and treatment completion, and report omissions to the RCD.
  • Develop Resident Care Associate (RCA) staffing schedule in conjunction with the RSD.
  • Support and assist RCA staff with training and in-service completion.
  • Assemble binder/non-EHR Resident Records for new move-ins.
  • Update resident face sheet information.
  • Enter resident care needs details into the Yardi/Resident Summary Template (myUnity).
  • Ensure accuracy of RCA Assignments on paper or in Yardi and provide them to staff.
  • Assist the RCD with follow-up in obtaining Care Plan signatures.
  • Order and maintain sufficient supplies for the Resident Care department.
  • Coordinate Quality Assurance and family meetings in conjunction with the RSD.
  • Provide Receptionist/Concierge with necessary documentation for Resident Emergency binders upon move-in and when changes occur.
  • Assist with providing information and completing documentation for town/state-funded programs.

Requirements

  • Previous scheduling experience preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office preferred.

Skills

  • Computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
