About the Role

This is an opportunity for a highly organized, people-centered operator to help shape a growing community from the inside. You'll take ownership of event operations, help keep the community engaged between events, and gradually become a key partner in turning ideas into reality. The role begins with one event to assess mutual fit, offering paid part-time work with significant growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Own event operations including vendor coordination, guest check-in, welcome team support, timelines, and pre-event readiness.
  • Coordinate with team members and partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Be present during event setup, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Manage community initiatives such as partnerships, activations, and special projects.
  • Engage the community online by responding to messages and fostering conversations.
  • Support social media strategy by maintaining the content calendar and coordinating with creatives.
  • Identify opportunities for collaborations, introductions, sponsorships, and new programming.
  • Proactively bring forward ideas and assist in their execution.

  • Operations experience is the top priority.
