About the Role
Support the Senior Student Recruitment Officer in delivering an ambitious outreach and recruitment program to increase course awareness. This fast-paced, target-driven role involves implementing the national events program to grow the prospect pool and meet student recruitment targets.
Responsibilities
- Support a programme of events, including offsite events at FE and HE institutions, onsite campus events, and virtual events.
- Deliver talks and workshops at recruitment events.
- Support the Senior Student Recruitment Officer with the organisation and briefing of staff, student ambassadors, and presenters attending events.
- Share market intelligence gained from interactions with feeder institutions and external sources.
- Support the Senior Student Recruitment Officer with the recruitment and management of Campus Representatives.
- Assist the Student Recruitment Manager with managing event metrics and feedback.
Requirements
- Events experience – organising and hosting events.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders from different disciplines and at all levels.
- Articulate and able to reach across people from a broad range of backgrounds and cultures.
- Experience of delivering presentations and workshops.
- Hard working and flexible with a positive can do attitude.
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of London and maintain this for the duration of employment.
