About the Role

Live Love Relax is a therapist-owned practice in North Austin, built by therapists for therapists seeking a fulfilling career. We prioritize therapist well-being, offering sustainable schedules and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy services, focusing on Swedish and Deep Tissue modalities.
• Engage in optional premium event work, including wedding parties, corporate wellness events, and VIP bookings.
• Focus on client outcomes and build strong client relationships.
• Communicate effectively with teammates.
• Handle scheduling, intake, and logistics with support from the front-desk team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a licensed Massage Therapist preferred (exceptional newer therapists will be considered).
• Active Texas Massage Therapy License (LMT).
• Current Massage Liability Insurance.
• Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques.
• Training in Prenatal, Myofascial Release (John Barnes), Rolfing, sports/medical, cupping, or aromatherapy is a plus.
• Warm, grounded, and genuinely professional demeanor.
• Ability to take ownership of client relationships.
• Reliable transportation is helpful for optional mobile event work.
• Must be a female practitioner to align with client preferences for comfort and privacy.
